Do you clean during or after business hours for commercial spaces?We clean commercial spaces at times that best suit your needs. Whether you prefer cleaning before, during, or after business hours, we can accommodate your schedule to ensure minimal disruption to your operations.

How many cleaners will be coming to my home/business?The number of cleaners needed for our services will be determined during the initial walkthrough. Typically, we assign two cleaners for residential properties to maximise efficiency and leverage diverse skill sets. However, if you have a preference for a specific number of cleaners, we can often accommodate your request.

What is the pay rate?Pay rates vary depending on whether you are self-employed or seeking employment with us. They also depend on the job type and its intensity. While specific rates can vary, we can assure you that our compensation is above the minimum wage and competitive within the industry.
Billing & Pricing
Determining our prices
Our pricing is based on hourly rates, and the total amount quoted is an estimate of the time required to complete the service. If the job takes less time than estimated, you will only be charged for the actual time spent. If it takes longer, we will provide a detailed explanation and charge for the additional time accordingly.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are ever dissatisfied with any area of the cleaning, the operative/s will return to the property to ensure these areas are cleaned to meet the requirements of the specification. Should this arise please contact us within 48 hours to notify us of any areas of the specification not met and we will arrange for the operative/s to return at the earliest opportunity.
